Springtime marks the return of Hazel’s seasonal Eastern Shore menu. This is the time to get your claws on in-season, fresh-caught Blue Crab from the Chesapeake Bay and dig into decadent breaded, fried soft shell crab sandwiches.
The menu also includes favorites like Imperial Flounder, Cream of Crab Soup and a rich Crab Dip. Or dig into Steam Pots filled with sausage, corn, boiled potatoes and a choice of shrimp, clams, snow crab legs – or combination of all three
